"It's not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it."— Hans Selye, The Father of Stress Research
Your Body Is Speaking. Are You Listening?
Explore how stress, nutrition, sleep, and your health history may relate to how you feel. The question isn't only what's wrong—it's what patterns are worth discussing?
If any of these land — keep reading.
Your doctor ran tests and said everything looks normal. You don't feel normal.
You wake up exhausted no matter how many hours you slept.
You've tried diets, supplements, and specialists. Nothing has lasted.
Fix one symptom and two more appear. It never fully goes away.
You're starting to wonder if this is just how life feels now.
Your concerns deserve a careful conversation about your health history, nutrition, sleep, and stress.
For over a century, brilliant minds have mapped the terrain of human physiology. Their discoveries form the foundation of this approach to metabolic chaos® today.

Your body isn't a collection of separate systems—it's an intricate web where everything influences everything else. Most practitioners see individual threads. This work maps the entire constellation.
Lab markers, medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and dietary patterns connect into a single picture — revealing the hidden relationships most practitioners miss.
Hormones, immune function, detoxification capacity, digestion, microbiome, nervous system—all examined through the lens of adaptive physiology.
"This work does not diagnose disease; it helps organize lifestyle questions to discuss alongside your medical care."
A clear first step
Answer a few guided questions about your health concerns and daily habits. Your Snapshot organizes your responses to help you prepare for a discovery call.
Take the SnapshotA reflection tool, not a diagnosis or a substitute for medical care.
This isn't just data collection — it's weaving together the complete story of your metabolic landscape. Every data point becomes part of a larger pattern that reveals your body's adaptive strategies.
"Not just connecting dots — revealing the hidden connections of your physiology."
This coaching approach considers reported symptoms, health history, daily habits, and available test results together. It does not replace a medical diagnosis or clinical interpretation.
Your history, goals, lifestyle factors, and available lab results help guide a conversation about nutrition and daily habits.
Questions about hormones or other medical concerns can be discussed with your healthcare provider while coaching focuses on nutrition, sleep, and stress habits.
"In the web of life, everything is connected to everything else. What we seek to understand is not what is wrong, but what connections have been disrupted."— Systems Physiology Principle
Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) is the practice's coaching framework. It is not a medical specialty or a substitute for licensed healthcare.
FDN-P is a certification in the FDN coaching method, which combines discussion of lab results with nutrition and lifestyle planning. It does not confer a license to diagnose or treat disease.
The FDN framework considers lab results alongside reported symptoms and lifestyle history. Discuss the clinical meaning of any test result with your licensed healthcare provider.
DRESS for Health Success® is FDN's own framework for Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplementation. Its name does not mean that the complete protocol has been clinically validated as a treatment.
Functional Diagnostic Nutrition is a coaching methodology for discussing possible lifestyle contributors to how you feel. Lab results are one piece of health information, not a diagnosis on their own. The National Library of Medicine recommends considering them with medical history and other clinical information.
The goal is to support informed nutrition and lifestyle choices, not to treat a medical condition. See MedlinePlus on interpreting lab results.
This isn't a fit for everyone — and that's intentional. This works best with people who are ready to actually do the work, not just talk about it.
A lab result alone doesn't explain how you feel. If symptoms persist, talk with your healthcare provider about your results and medical history; coaching can help you explore nutrition and lifestyle goals alongside that care.
You're interested in how nutrition and daily habits relate to your goals, alongside medical guidance about symptoms.
You're interested in sustainable changes rather than a promised quick result.
You're open to exploring practical choices that fit your circumstances.
You want a quick fix or a magic supplement stack.
You're looking for a diagnosis or medical treatment.
You're not open to changing how you eat, sleep, or manage stress.
You need urgent or emergency medical care.
"The discovery call costs nothing. What costs you is another year of symptoms without answers."
A structured period to review your goals, explore everyday habits, and build a plan you can revisit. This is coaching, not medical treatment.
Days 1-30
Discuss your concerns and current routines, set realistic nutrition and lifestyle goals, and decide whether any lab questions should be taken to your healthcare provider.
Days 31-60
Work through practical options for meals, rest, movement, and stress management. If lab results are available, consider them alongside your history without treating them as a diagnosis.
Days 61-90
Review what's been workable, adjust your plan, and identify questions to raise with your medical team. Results and timelines vary.
Every case is different — the lab work involved, the depth of support, the length of time together. But the core of what's provided is always the same three things.
If appropriate, discuss available lab results and questions about additional testing. No panel alone can explain the cause of your symptoms; clinical decisions belong with a licensed provider.
We'll discuss what your results say and what they don't. Bring medical questions to your healthcare provider, who can interpret results in the context of your history and symptoms.
Build a practical nutrition and lifestyle plan around your preferences and goals. Discuss supplements and medication interactions with your healthcare provider.
A discovery call is a chance to talk through your goals and decide whether nutrition and lifestyle coaching is a useful addition to your healthcare.

Medical care diagnoses and treats health conditions. Our nutrition and lifestyle approach looks at your history, sleep, stress, and food habits to help you discuss patterns and goals. It doesn't replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
A result in a reference range doesn't tell the whole story. Reference ranges often describe values found in a group of healthy people; your clinician interprets results alongside symptoms and medical history. We can discuss nutrition and lifestyle concerns, but don't use a different range to diagnose a condition. If symptoms persist, follow up with your licensed healthcare provider.
Source: MedlinePlus: How to Understand Your Lab ResultsThere is no guarantee that a different approach will resolve symptoms. We review your history, nutrition, sleep, and stress habits together and discuss whether a personalized lifestyle plan could be useful alongside your medical care.
Fully remote. Lab kits are shipped directly to your home, results are reviewed together on video calls, and your protocol is delivered digitally. Location is not a barrier.
There is no guaranteed timeline or result. We can set practical nutrition and lifestyle goals and revisit them together; if symptoms continue or worsen, seek medical evaluation.
Functional health coaching and some lab panels may not be covered by insurance. Check with your insurer about your own coverage and discuss any out-of-pocket costs on the discovery call. Coaching does not replace standard medical care.
It's a real conversation — not a sales pitch. We talk through your health history, what you've tried, what's still unresolved, and what you're hoping to change. From there, there's an honest assessment of whether this approach is a fit. If it's not, that gets said too.
Your discovery call is the first step in understanding your body's unique stress adaptation patterns.
We'll thoroughly discuss your health complaints, symptoms, and what you've tried so far to understand your current situation.
Together we'll determine if this functional approach is the right fit for your health goals and current situation.
We'll discuss your lifestyle and health history, whether any testing is appropriate, and nutrition and lifestyle goals. Your licensed healthcare provider remains responsible for diagnosis and treatment.
